You will also play a key leadership role, providing practice and/or clinical supervision to other Behaviour Support Practitioners within the team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement high-quality positive behaviour support plans for NDIS participants Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop strategies to reduce restrictive practices Provide practice or clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to junior and mid-level practitioners Contribute to the ongoing improvement of service delivery through leadership and innovation Key Selection Criteria: Assessed by the NDIS Commission at Proficient level or above as a Behaviour Support Practitioner Experience in the provision of practice or clinical supervision to other practitioners (essential) Current Driver’s Licence Eligibility for Medicare registration (desirable) Strong commitment to person-centred practice and improving client outcomes Excellent communication, organisational, and report writing skills How to apply Shortlisting & interviews will commence ASAP.
