Your New Role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Services, the Business Service Manager is responsible for ensuring their portfolio positively contributes to the Fund’s sustainable growth objectives. You will primarily be focused on increasing the density of members through positive engagement with Businesses and facilitating the engagement and education of members through workplaces and associations with the objective of improving retention and member outcomes. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to. Identifying & driving new business growth opportunities Relationship Management of small intermediaries (reactive/proactive approach of accountants and bookkeepers). Escalation Calls and resolution. Proactive outbound calls where required (i.e. administration support, assistance with digital tools, onboarding assistance) Manage call-to-action responses from campaigns. Contribute towards campaign creation and execution; analyse and implement strategies to improve to density, engagement, education, average balance, TTR and pension products and leads. Contribute to research and analysis and propose continuous improvement initiatives to the servicing model. Escalations and analysis of pain points and gaps as identified through contact centre, NPS and relevant stakeholders. Develop an action plan and project manage any relevant continuous improvement initiatives. Provide continuous feedback and content for Link contact centre. Ensure relevant legislative and organisational requirements are met including maintaining a thorough understanding of changes to relevant regulations. What You’ll Need 5 year’s in similar or relevant role within superannuation or Financial Services Product understanding of superannuation including defined benefits, risk, Centrelink, investment choice and pension-based products. Experience in working under pressure, managing multiple conflicting priorities, and meeting timeframes. Excellent relationship skills, proven ability to initiate, maintain and manage relationships to gain cooperation and meet timelines. Well developed, written and verbal communication skills including proven experience in dealing with complex or sensitive issues Excellent collaboration skills, including being a team player and working with people outside your direct team. Agility to learn and adopt new products, features, and tools with an interest in technology. Growth mindset, hunger for learning and a natural curiosity RG146 accreditation or willingness to obtain.
