While not required, familiarity with Amazon's compliance policies and listing regulations is a valuable asset
- Claims & Documentation Management: Ensure all product and packaging claims are substantiated with appropriate scientific evidence and regulatory-compliant documentation; proactively procure and manage Certificates of Analysis (COAs), clinical study references, or supplier attestations as needed to support claims
- Manufacturing Support: Develop detailed product specs and Bill of Materials (BOMs) for handoff to contract manufacturers and co-packers, both domestic and international. Support small-batch prototyping and troubleshoot production-related formulation issues
- Sourcing & Importing: Source raw materials or finished products from domestic and international suppliers, ensuring quality control, cost efficiency, and US import compliance
- Strategic Consultation: Offer insight on market trends, product positioning, clean-label development, and competitive differentiation
