FourQuarters has partnered with an established WA based organisation who are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to support them on a temporary basis through their month-end and year-end process. The Role As the Financial Accountant you will work directly with the CFO in ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate month -end and year-end reporting. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited too: End to end month end process including AR, AP, accruals and pre-payments Maintenance of fixed assets Bank and credit card reconciliations Payroll accruals including long service leave Ad-hoc duties as required About You Proven experience in transactional accounting or a similar role Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and within a team A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred If you’re well suited to the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
