About the Role This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven, and a dynamic management accounting professional who thrives on working closely with businesses to optimize their financial and operational success. Your responsibilities of the role will include but will not be limited to: Financial Strategy & Advisory - Provide expert financial advice, ensuring clients have the insights they need to make informed business decisions. Management & Financial Reporting - Prepare management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reports. Business Process Improvement - Conduct business process reviews, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions to enhance financial and operational performance. Client Relationship Management - Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining strong client relationships and serving as the main point of contact in the absence of the lead advisor. Team Development & Leadership - Support team growth, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the firm's knowledge-sharing culture. Strategic Planning & Execution - Assist in workflow management, business strategy execution, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Board-Level Engagement - Prepare board packs and attend client board meetings and participate in strategic financial discussions to drive their business success.
