Description Make a difference every day - become a Customer Care Officer at Centric Centric is a dynamic environment, where you will be part of a team delivering a challenger platform to the market, whilst servicing our core inhouse advisory team. As a Customer Care Officer, you will positively and proactively enhance the experience of our clients - financial advisers and their support teams - who utilise the Centric investment platform. This is a full-time, hybrid, permanent position open to anyone across Australia, but preferably in Melbourne, Sydney or the Gold Coast. What will your typical week look like? Be the primary point of contact through Centric’s phone and email customer service solution, with an unrelenting desire to add value and provide support to clients through our phone and email interaction. Accurately manage enquiries from start to finish, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of all open matters and maximise first-call resolution outcomes. Proactively engaging clients by providing regular and timely updates and information to reduce resolution times, therefore increasing successful interactions. Let’s talk about you Superannuation and/or managed funds experience, with a knowledge of insurance or banking products and familiarity with platform products (essential). Proven client service experience in a call centre environment, and a passion for customers and delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Passionate and experienced in providing exceptional customer service with a core focus on empathy. Energised by resolving questions, ability to pick up new technologies, and passionate about supporting clients through outstanding phone and email interaction.
