Job Description As a Manager, you’ll report directly to a Partner and lead a team of 3–6 professionals. You’ll play a pivotal role in: Delivering practical, forward-thinking advice to improve client performance, enhance income growth, and streamline operations. Facilitate strategic planning sessions and oversee implementation. Guiding, coaching, and growing your team. Setting direction, providing feedback, managing workflow, and driving a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement. Overseeing job budgeting, workflow planning, billing, WIP management, and deadline tracking. Promoting best-practice procedures and leading regular team meetings. Guiding and reviewing the completion of financial statements, tax returns, FBT, BAS, and other compliance deliverables. Advising on tax planning, management accounting, cash flow, and indirect tax matters. Identifying opportunities to add value through our broader service offering. Delivering clear, actionable insights through presentations and written reports. Presenting to internal and external stakeholders with confidence.
