Description The Role As IT Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and security of our technological environment through effective operation and management of the William Buck (Qld) IT system/platform. This role has responsibility for strategic and operational leadership including delivery of key IT projects with a focus on future state, management of external software vendors and service providers. The Person To be considered you will have the following skills, experience and attributes: Degree qualified in IT or related discipline IT Management and leadership experience Previous experience of working in IT Help Desk or IT Support experience highly desirable Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver solutions in a timely manage with minimal guidance or supervision Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Technologies including desktop, server operating systems, Office365, Active Directory/Azure. With a Strong knowledge of: IT Service Management Systems. Virtual/Cloud Environments. Identity and Access Management Unified Communications and Audio/Visual Systems Cyber Security Frameworks.
