Our Bookkeeping service provides assistance from payroll, creditors, debtors, bank reconciliations through to provision of monthly reports and completion and lodgement of BASs for a wide variety of clients, and specialises in the medical industry. Description The Role Having previously worked in a similar role, you will be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas using Xero and MYOB: Setup and implementation of bookkeeping files Data entry Invoicing Payroll processing, superannuation etc. Accounts Payable/Receivable Bank reconciliation Balance sheet reconciliation Financial reporting BAS preparation Reconciliation of inter-entity loan accounts Liaising with client’s accountants to ensure processing meets their requirements Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Skills And Experiences The Person The successful candidate must have: Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Responsibility, integrity and a professional outlook A team focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and identify and deal with problems as they arise.
