Within this area, the ability to provide clients with "commercially sound business advice" and "interpret and articulate complex financial models" is critical in providing superior service to Clients. The team is well structured offering staff opportunity to be involved in broad Corporate Finance activities - valuation of businesses, shares, intangible assets, purchase price allocations and impairment testing, Due Diligence, Merger and Acquisition and Transaction Support, preparation of Independent Expert's reports, capital raisings including preparation of investigating accountant's reports, Modeling, Buy & Sell side advisory. You will have excellent analytical skills within Corporate Finance, gained within Chartered or a Corporate Advisory Firm. You maybe CA, hold a Masters in Applied Finance and/or studying the CFA. With strong communication skills (written and oral), you will be pragmatic, a team-player, be comfortable and adaptable with advising clients on complex matters.
