We are currently recruiting for a Property Fund Accountant to join our client’s Property Division. This role will report directly to the Senior Property Manager, focusing on statutory reporting for asset management while collaborating with various finance teams. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for demonstrating your ability to work both independently and within a team environment, offering fresh ideas to improve current processes. In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for assisting property owners with new investment strategies and business partnering with both internal and external stakeholders. This role offers excellent exposure to some of the largest players within the property funds sector, allowing you to build strong relationships while supporting strategic initiatives. Key duties include: Preparing and producing consolidated investor reports on a monthly and quarterly basis Managing the preparation of statutory accounts for multiple group entities Collaborating with the Fund's investors, auditors, tax agents, legal advisors, and property managers Serving as a primary contact during the audit process, ensuring timely delivery of audited financial statements Working closely with the Senior Property Accountant to manage and foster stakeholder relationships Implementing more effective systems for management reporting Desired skills and qualifications: A qualified accountant (CPA / CA or equivalent) Proven experience in Fund Accounting or Property Accounting, including the preparation of statutory accounts Advanced Excel skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with financial systems development and upgrades This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic and fast-paced property funds environment.
