Disability Support Worker – Casual | Adelaide More Life Care is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants across Adelaide and Melbourne to live independently, build community connections, and work toward their goals with confidence. We're growing our Adelaide team and looking for reliable, genuine support workers to join us on a casual basis, with opportunities for more regular shifts as we expand our respite and school holiday programs. What you'll be doing: Personal care and daily living support Community access and social participation Assisting with transport to appointments and activities In-home support tailored to individual participant goals Respite care and school holiday program support Building genuine, respectful relationships with participants and their families About you: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain) Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence Genuine passion for disability support and community inclusion Strong communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude Experience in disability, aged care, or community services highly regarded (not essential) Working with Children Check (if supporting younger participants) Why More Life Care?
