Opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career with like-minded people Responsibilities: Perform routine site maintenance and weed management across various project sites in South-Western Sydney and the Illawarra. Assisting the Project Manager where required to execute all aspects of project work including co-ordination of sub-contractors, site preparation and planting works. Essential understanding of revegetative & regeneration methods. Essential Criteria: A Certificate 3 in Conservation & Ecosystem Management is advantageous. While experience in revegetation is preferred, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are key. Maintain excellent health and fitness levels for outdoor work, pre-employment physical may be asked of candidate. Possess a team-orientated mindset with effective communication skills. Demonstrate drive and motivation to excel as a self-starter. Hold a valid manual driver's licence. Preferably possess a ChemCert AQF3. Showcase a genuine interest in environmental conservation and land care.
