Team Leader / Project Manager – Commercial Plumbing Location: Sydney Metro Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Negotiable Company Vehicle Performance Bonuses About the Role We are seeking an experienced Team Leader / Project Manager to oversee plumbing teams on large-scale commercial construction projects across Sydney Metro. This is a leadership-focused role, ideal for someone with strong people management, organisational, and project coordination skills. While a plumbing qualification is an advantage, it is not essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate multiple plumbing teams on commercial projects. Coordinate daily site operations and allocate labour effectively. Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality of workmanship. Liaise with builders, site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients. Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures. Conduct toolbox talks, team meetings, and site inspections. Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally. Manage project documentation, reporting, and scheduling. Support and mentor team members to achieve project goals. What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading teams on commercial construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Experience managing project schedules and coordinating trades. Ability to build positive relationships with clients and site personnel. Current Australian Driver Licence. White Card. Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
