Ironbuilt Infrastructure is a growing civil construction contractor delivering infrastructure projects across NSW, including sewer pump stations, sewer rising mains, water infrastructure and major civil works . We are currently seeking an Excavator Operator / Skilled Tradesman to support our civil infrastructure projects based in the Illawarra and across the NSW region . About the Role This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable both operating machinery and assisting with civil construction activities on site . Key responsibilities include: Operating excavators for trenching and civil works Working safely around existing underground services and utilities Supporting civil construction and infrastructure installation Maintaining high-quality work standards and safe work areas Working closely with site supervisors and civil crews Trades We Are Interested In We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in: Formwork Plumbing Sydney Water accredited Civil infrastructure works Underground services installation Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience operating excavators on civil construction projects Experience trenching and working around underground services Strong attention to detail and safe work practices Relevant plant tickets / VOC Driver’s licence Ability to work effectively as part of a civil construction team What We Offer $40–$45 per hour (depending on experience) Ongoing work on civil infrastructure projects Opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects Supportive and professional team environment Apply now via SEEK by submitting your resume.
