Your ideal in-house career awaits Who are we looking for?We're currently working on an exciting career-enhancing assignment with one of our clients who specialises in Energy & Resources. We're interested in hearing from experienced Energy & Resources lawyers to join us and commence their LOD journey. In this role you will be responsible in managing Wardens Court matters, including preparing and negotiating access deeds, consent orders, court filings, and related legal documentation. You will provide advice on native title, heritage, and land access issues, with exposure to tenure, tenement, and other mining-related agreements. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial resources agreements, including operating, haulage, towing, sale and purchase, joint venture, and royalty agreements. You will also be assisting in supporting corporate and transactional work, including ASX listings, transaction documentation, and a broad range of mining and resources projects. Overall, this position offers broad exposure to the legal and commercial aspects of the mining industry, with no two days being the same. This opportunity offers flexible working arrangements and initially runs for 3 months on a full - time basis with the possibility of extension.
