Drive data governance, quality assurance and reporting integrity across multiple platforms. Create compelling dashboards, performance reports and business insights using Power BI and other digital solutions. Analyse leading and lagging indicators to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. Transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders and executives. Support governance, assurance and critical control reporting for executive and board audiences. Drive automation and AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency and user experience. Partner with stakeholders to embed new systems, processes and reporting practices. About You You'll be a systems-minded professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and influencing change through data. Ideally, you'll bring: Experience in HSE systems, reporting, governance, analytics or continuous improvement roles. Strong Power BI, Excel and data analysis capability. Experience with HSE management systems, digital platforms and reporting frameworks. Understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, risk management and critical control principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership teams. A continuous improvement mindset and passion for innovation.
