The Role Depending on your trade and experience, your day may include: Plumbing Blocked drains Leak detection and repairs Hot water system repairs and replacements Burst pipes Tap and toilet repairs Gas appliance servicing CCTV drain inspections General plumbing maintenance Heating & Cooling Servicing ducted heating systems Split system servicing and repairs Evaporative cooler servicing Fault finding and diagnostics Heating and cooling installations Preventative maintenance Customer advice and system recommendations Roofing Roof leak investigations and repairs Gutter and downpipe repairs Roof maintenance Flashing repairs Roof inspections Roof restoration and associated maintenance works Every day is different, with a wide variety of maintenance work across homes and investment properties.
