We are seeking an experienced Driller / Drilling Offsider to join our team on full time or casual basis. We welcome applicants with a background in Sonic, Geotechnical or Environmental drilling who are confident operating rigs and leading site activities. About the Roles Operate and maintain Sonic and/or conventional geotechnical and environmental drilling rigs Lead daily site operations and supervise offsiders Work closely with consultants, engineers and site personnel Maintain equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues Deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard Complete digital field reporting and job documentation Regular work away from home (regional and interstate) is required as part of this position. Essential Requirements Proven experience operating drilling rigs (Sonic, geotechnical or environmental) Experience as an Offsider and interest in working towards a role as a Driller MR or HR Licence Construction White Card Strong mechanical aptitude Technical aptitude and confidence using app-based field reporting systems Ability to pass regular drug and alcohol screening Reliable, safety-focused and professional Highly Regarded Experience operating non-synchromesh vehicles Class 2 Drillers Licence (VIC or interstate equivalent) Certificate III in Drilling Operations Experience across both environmental and geotechnical investigations What We Offer Competitive hourly rate based on experience Overtime and travel allowances Employer-funded training and upskilling Stable, long-term opportunity with consistent workflow Supportive and practical team environment This is not a FIFO rostered position.
