Position Summary The Marketing & Digital Coordinator leads the planning, delivery and evaluation of the Institute for Respiratory Health's marketing activities to increase awareness of its research, clinical trials, fundraising initiatives and community impact. Working closely with the Chief Operations Officer, Development Manager and Communications and Engagement Officer, the role provides specialist marketing expertise, coordinates campaigns across the organisation and ensures marketing activities are strategically planned, delivered on time and measured for effectiveness. The position owns the Institute's marketing execution, digital marketing, graphic design and website optimisation while coordinating external suppliers where required. The Marketing & Digital Coordinator is the Institute's central marketing resource, providing specialist advice and ensuring marketing activities are aligned with organisational priorities and delivered consistently across all channels. Key responsibilities for the role: Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns that support research, fundraising, clinical trials and community engagement. Manage and continuously improve the Institute's website and digital marketing platforms, working with external web developers to optimise performance and user experience. Plan, build and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns to increase awareness, engagement and clinical trial recruitment. Design high quality marketing collateral across print and digital channels using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite while maintaining the Institute's brand. Monitor campaign performance, website analytics and marketing KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver high impact marketing initiatives aligned with the Institute's strategic priorities. Essential Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related discipline. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and exercise sound judgement. Demonstrated experience in a marketing role delivering integrated campaigns. Experience planning and coordinating multiple marketing projects simultaneously. Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns. Experience with using Canva. Experience using website content management systems. Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics and campaign reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze marketing performance data and make evidence based recommendations. Desirable Experience working in the not for profit, health or medical research sector. Experience with Salesforce Not for Profit CRM platform and marketing automation. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital optimization. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop. Photography, videography or video editing skills.
