This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who wants real ownership early in their career. You will work directly alongside the Marketing Manager to execute activity across all three of our marketing pillars: industry marketing, investor communications and partner marketing. No two days are the same. You will be producing content, coordinating campaigns, managing social channels and supporting events, This role suits someone who is organised, proactive and interested in sustainability and clean technology. You do not need to be an expert in BIPV on day one. You do need to be a strong communicator, a fast learner and someone who takes pride in getting things done properly. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design and Content Creation · The development of sales enablement content including pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures and technical spec sheets. · The creation of social media graphics and video editing Social Media · Manage and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram YouTube and Facebook. · Draft copy for posts, campaigns, emails and EDMs in line with ClearVue’s brand voice and messaging framework. Website · Maintaining ClearVue website, including publishing new content, updating product and project pages. Campaigns and events · Coordinate campaign logistics across digital, print and event channels, tracking assets and deadlines. · Support the planning and delivery of industry events, trade shows and webinars, including materials, registrations and post-event follow-up. · Support in-house event set-up, coordination and planning, including booking audiovisual and recording services, and other vendors (e.g. catering) for AGMs, shareholder meetings and other corporate events. · Assist with coordination of partner events and co-branded activities (global footprint). · Research and manage award submissions and industry recognition opportunities, coordinating inputs from across the business. Partner and case study support · Assist in the production of case studies across industry and partner channels, including briefing, drafting and coordinating approvals. · Support co-branded asset production for partners, including brochures and spec sheets. Administration and operations · Maintain the marketing calendar, asset libraries and campaign databases. · Provide general marketing administration support as required. What you bring Essential · Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. · 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications or content creation role. · Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail. · Confidence managing social media platforms. · Proficiency with design tools such as the Canva suite, and basic video editing capability. · Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems such as Pipedrive and HubSpot. · Familiarity with a website CMS (for example WordPress) for publishing and updating content. · Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office suite. · Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. · Proactive and positive attitude, eager to learn and grow. Desirable · Interest in sustainability, clean technology, construction or architecture. · Familiarity with Google Analytics or digital reporting platforms, ability to create dashboards and performance reporting. · Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising principles. · Experience supporting events or trade shows.
