We are seeking for a dynamic ICT Business Analyst in our Australian office in Bulli, NSW Key Responsibilities Partner with business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or new solutions. Develop functional specifications, process models, and system documentation. Liaise between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. Support testing, quality assurance, and implementation activities. Provide insights to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience. Skills & Qualifications Strong background in business process analysis and ICT systems. Experience with documentation, modelling tools, and stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of project management and software development lifecycles. Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
