Now, we’re looking for an Exercise Medicine Team Lead to help scale this model and lead from the front. This is not a typical leadership role At Lift, exercise is not positioned as rehabilitation - it is delivered as treatment , alongside chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. This is an opportunity to step into a role that blends: Clinical excellence Team leadership Operational performance About the Role Role As Exercise Medicine Team Lead, you will report to the Director of Oncology Exercise and Physiotherapy and play a key role in: Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists Driving clinical quality, consistency, and performance Supporting the operations of a high-volume, hospital-grade service Contributing to the evolution of an innovative cancer care model This role is ideal for someone who wants to lead, think critically, and shape the future of healthcare delivery .
