The Role DIDO, Nightshift Providing expert HSE advice and guidance in alignment with company standards, legislation and client expectations. Developing, implementing and monitoring HSE management systems, procedures and policies to enable safe and sustainable project delivery. Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. Championing a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, training sessions and engagement initiatives. Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors and key stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment with HSE objectives. Preparing and maintaining accurate HSE reports, records and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Supporting continuous improvement by analysing HSE performance and driving proactive safety solutions. About You Cert IV in WHS ICAM or Taproot certification A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar HSE role Experience using HSE management databases Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholder groups Proven incident investigation capability (ICAM, Taproot) Benefits 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers and 1 week for permanent secondary caregivers.
