Glevan Consulting is based in the Peel Region and is Australia’s largest and longest-operating consultant specialising in Phytophthora Dieback mapping and management. Due to continued project growth, we are seeking Phytophthora Dieback Mapping Trainees to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity to build practical skills and experience in conservation and environmental management, with all training and mentoring provided in-house by experienced consultants. About the role In this role, you will assist with field surveys and assessments to identify and map the presence of Phytophthora Dieback, a disease caused by the plant pathogen Phytophthora cinnamomi, that threatens native ecosystems. You will support the implementation of Phytophthora Dieback management strategies, contribute to monitoring and hygiene procedures, maintain accurate records, and work closely with internal team members and external stakeholders.
