Job Title: Change Manager Location: Canberra, ACT Contract Type: Full-Time, Onsite Sector: National Security Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, implement and evaluate enterprise‑scale change activities to support organisational transformation. Lead the planning and execution of change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, training, change impact management and adoption analytics. Assess change impacts, develop change management plans and support business areas to implement and embed change effectively. Provide expert advice on impact assessments, change plans and approaches aligned to established change management frameworks. Identify and analyse complex business challenges and develop strategic approaches to address risks, issues and barriers to adoption. Work closely with project managers, executives and key stakeholders to foster partnerships, provide strategic advice and deliver quality outcomes. Build agreement and shared understanding across diverse stakeholder groups using strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Support the design and implementation of changes to people, process and operating models to realise business outcomes and benefits. Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management methodologies, tools and practices. What You’ll Bring Demonstrated experience delivering change management within complex, large‑scale programs. Strong understanding of recognised change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, Kotter, Lean Change or equivalent). Experience developing change impact assessments, communications, training, readiness and stakeholder engagement artefacts. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities and support adoption of enterprise change initiatives. Relevant tertiary or industry‑recognised qualifications in change management, training or a related discipline. Must possess an NV1 or NV2 security clearance (as applicable to the role).
