With over 1,100 members and a passionate team, we’re looking for an exceptional Club Manager to lead our club into its next exciting chapter. About the Role As Club Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the club. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, drive membership growth and retention, and ensure every member receives an outstanding Fernwood experience. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team. Driving membership sales and achieving club targets. Creating an exceptional member experience from first visit to long-term retention. Managing daily club operations and ensuring high presentation standards. Building strong relationships within the local community. Analysing performance and implementing strategies to grow the business. Fostering a fun, supportive, and positive team culture. About You You’re an energetic, people-focused leader who loves helping others succeed. You’ll ideally have: Proven leadership or management experience. A passion for health, fitness, and empowering women. Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. The ability to motivate, inspire, and hold a team accountable. A proactive mindset and a drive to exceed targets. Experience in the fitness industry is highly regarded but not essential.
