Job Description Public Attendant You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Public Attendant, you will take ownership of maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene of all public areas throughout the hotel. This role ensures guests experience a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by delivering exceptional housekeeping standards while adhering to hotel policies, brand standards, and Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements. Vacuum, mop, sweep, dust, and polish floors and surfaces. Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and stainless-steel fixtures. Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately. Replenish guest amenities and consumables in public restrooms. Report maintenance issues, hazards, or damage promptly.
