About the role We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join the gobox team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—handling enquiries, providing quotes, coordinating bookings, and ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience. You’ll play a key role in converting enquiries into bookings, supporting our operations team, and delivering exceptional service from first contact through to job completion. Key responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, online chat, and in-person Understand customer needs and recommend suitable storage and service solutions Prepare quotes and follow up to maximise sales conversions Create and manage bookings, ensuring all details are accurate Coordinate schedules with operations and dispatch teams Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Process invoices, payments, and customer documentation Build strong relationships through proactive and professional communication Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate when required Contribute to team sales targets and overall business growth About you You are a friendly, organised, and sales-driven professional who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
