What you'll be doing Delivering an exceptional customer experience via phone and email, providing advice and support across CBB’s salary packaging services Maintaining customer records and documenting interactions, working across multiple systems and databases simultaneously Contributing to team goals, service KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Building positive relationships with CBB's clients, customers and your colleagues. What we're looking for Experience in customer service, ideally in a contact centre environment Strong numerical literacy, including the ability to explain financial information in a clear and simple way Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills Confidence using computer systems and business software Strong attention to detail Experience with salary packaging, banking, finance, or credit management will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
