About the Role As the Care Manager, you will lead the clinical operations of an 80-bed residential aged care facility, providing guidance and support to nursing and care teams while ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee clinical governance, manage compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, support accreditation requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, generally 8:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional flexibility required to meet operational needs.
