Role Overview Nuix Discover has an ACV book across Asia-Pacific and EMEA, with meaningful footholds in Australia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, and continental Europe. As VP Sales for APAC & EMEA, you will own the full commercial motion across both regions – building the seller team, running enterprise deals, and establishing Nuix Discover as the platform of choice for large‑scale eDiscovery and regulatory review outside the Americas. This role reports to the EVP, Discover Business Unit and is based in Australia. Key Responsibilities Own and grow the APAC & EMEA Discover ACV book with a three‑year target of sustained double‑digit growth; hold regional P&L accountability and report directly to the EVP, Discover. Lead a lean team of 2–4 Discover sellers across key APAC and EMEA markets, setting quota, conducting pipeline reviews, and maintaining forecast accuracy. Build senior relationships with law firms, banks, regulators, and government agencies across Australia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, and continental Europe – the anchor Discover markets across both regions. Drive net new logo acquisition in target verticals, with particular focus on Australian Big Law, APAC financial services compliance, UK/EU regulatory investigation, and government use cases. Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder procurement processes in regulated industries – managing legal, procurement, and IT security review cycles that commonly run 12 months. Work closely with Nuix's existing Engine and Neo go‑to‑market teams across APAC and EMEA to identify cross‑sell and co‑sell opportunities, without conflating the two product motions. Surface APAC and EMEA market requirements and competitive dynamics – including regional players and local‑language review needs – to the Head of Product to inform roadmap decisions. Represent Nuix Discover at key regional industry events across both geographies – including ACEDS, ILTA UK, and regional forensic and compliance forums – while managing the time‑zone and travel demands of a genuinely bi‑regional remit. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 10 years in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in a VP or senior sales leadership role with regional P&L ownership and direct people management responsibility across APAC or EMEA. Demonstrated experience selling legal tech, compliance technology, or investigative analytics into enterprise legal, financial services, or government buyers across multiple markets in the region. Strong understanding of procurement and contracting dynamics across at least two APAC markets (Australia, Japan, Singapore, or Hong Kong) – including data residency, sovereignty, and local procurement regulation – with an additional understanding of at least one EMEA market (UK preferred) covering GDPR‑adjacent procurement considerations and enterprise buying behaviour in European legal or financial services markets. Track record of managing a renewal book while driving new logo growth – experience structuring multi‑year contracts and protecting revenue in competitive renewal situations. Fluency operating in a distributed, multi‑time‑zone team structure, with the cultural adaptability to engage effectively across the diverse APAC and EMEA markets. Desired Expertise Existing senior relationships in Australian Big Law (top 20 firms), the Big Four forensic practices in APAC or EMEA, or financial services compliance functions in Singapore, Hong Kong, or the UK. Working knowledge of Japanese‑language or Mandarin‑language review requirements and the operational constraints these create in eDiscovery matters. Equal Opportunity Employer Nuix is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome all applications and are a flexible employer. We strive to make any required adjustments where possible to make the process fair and equitable for everyone. J-18808-Ljbffr
