About The Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-focused Accountant to manage our end-to-end financial operations. This role is vital to ensure the accuracy, compliance and efficiency of all company financial activities. You will collaborate closely with all departments and play a key role in supporting the company’s long-term development. Job Description Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, financial forecasts and management reports. Complete bank reconciliations, manage accounts payable & accounts receivable, and maintain accurate financial ledgers and records. Handle Australian tax and regulatory compliance work, including BAS, GST, PAYG and superannuation lodgement. Assist with annual budgeting, financial planning and internal financial control management. Support external audit processes and liaise with auditors, ATO and other regulatory authorities as required. Analyse financial data, sort out operational data, and provide objective financial insights for management decisions. Cooperate with internal teams to optimise financial processes， update internal financial controls and ensure strict compliance with Australian accounting standards. Manage job costing models for commercial building projects, and track variances against project budgets. Requirements Bachelor degree or higher in accounting or related field. Minimum 3 years of full-time working experience in accounting, finance or brand-related financial management roles. Strong data analysis capability, result-oriented mindset, and focus on ROI and work performance. Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, strict attention to details and strong sense of responsibility. Team player with good collaboration ability, able to independently arrange daily accounting work and meet deadlines.
