Highly respected and busy Tier 1 builder are looking for a Project Engineer to join the team working on a $1 bil Commercial Project in Western Sydney. The company undertake projects in a variety of sectors up to $3 bil including data centre, health, airports, commercial projects and large CBD projects. They are looking for someone with good Tier 1, 2 or 3 experience and that is looking to grow in that Tier 1 space. Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and budgeting Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely, cost-effective delivery Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulations Prepare and maintain project documentation (schedules, contracts, change orders) Monitor progress and update managers on milestones and issues Coordinate with team members to complete tasks on time and within budget Track expenses and provide regular updates to managers Identify and resolve issues, escalating to managers as needed Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Engineer on projects over $50 mil Proven experience working for a Tier 1,2 or 3 Builder Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field 3 years of experience in project engineering within the construction industry Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset Reliable references Must already be in Australia to be considered for this role Experience working on commercial type projects within Australia Benefits: Bonus schemes, annual remuneration reviews and salary continuance insurance.
