Shoalhaven Hospital: Planned maintenance across a major regional hospital site, approximately two hours south of Sydney, with further hospital work to follow Liverpool Hospital: Maintenance and servicing works as the site transitions from defects liability period Barangaroo CBD: Maintenance and fire damper work across a major commercial building in the Sydney CBD Day to day your responsibilities will include: Planned maintenance within contracted and quoted hours across all sites Attending and resolving service breakdowns in line with client SLAs Fire damper inspection, testing and maintenance BMS and central plant operation, monitoring and interface Service reporting and project documentation to a high standard Quoting on repairs and minor new works to support margin targets Refrigerant handling in line with ARCtick licence responsibilities Representing our client professionally to hospital and commercial building stakeholders on site What Type of Person Will Be Successful This role suits an experienced HVAC maintenance technician who is ready for more than a standard maintenance position. To be successful, you will need: Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence Restricted Electrical Licence valid in NSW Minimum 5 years' experience in refrigeration and HVAC Commissioning experience with refrigeration and HVAC systems Strong diagnostics and fault finding capability Experience working in hospitals or large complex commercial buildings Hands on experience with fire dampers, BMS and central plant systems Current manual Drivers Licence and White Card The maturity to work autonomously across multiple sites and represent a business directly to clients Genuine appetite to grow into a supervisory or management role over time Highly Regarded: Current CPR, LVR, EWP and Working at Heights certificates and a current National Police Check.
