Benefits: $69.66ph super 1 year contract (with possible extension) Inner West office location On-site parking Role Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project brief, program and contract documentation for external consultants for projects pertaining to City Plan and Transformation projects as required; Provide urban design input and advice during the construction of key local government projects Provide advice on urban design issues to other parts of local government as required; Visually communicate and test ideas using information technology and freehand skills; Work other team members; Provide specialist urban design input into local governments broader sustainability programmes and to green infrastructure projects to improve the natural and built environment; Represent local government interests in dealings with State and Federal Government Agencies and other Authorities; Investigate and develop funding options for the Units projects Requirements: Bachelor of Design, Engineering, Architecture or similar 5 years as an Urban Designer or 1 year as a Senior Urban Designer Experience within local government is desired, but not essential To Apply: To apply, please click "apply" or send your resume to Jay at jay@charterhouse.com.au or call on 0493 936 329.
