This role is a an 6 month contract with a starting ASAP. This is paying $60 - 66 per hour super. This is a great opportunity to work with a HR team and take ownership of the L&D function. About the Role Work closely with managers, HR and the Talent COE to identify training and coaching needs. Ensure global training packages are fit for purpose to be delivered into the APAC region and adapt resources accordingly. Gather feedback and evaluate training effectiveness. Stay up to date with L&D trends and business context. Champion the proactive adoption of AI tools in learning experiences and provide practical upskilling support to build P&C capability. Deliver bite-sized learning sessions to leadership on key people and capability topics. Work with the Inclusion Lead to support coordination and delivery of inclusion and engagement initiatives. Coordinate activities with external partners and providers. Skills & Experience Relevant experience in training, learning and development, or a related field, including design, delivery, and coordination of learning activities. Knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques, with experience delivering training across a range of formats (e.g. in-person, virtual, on-the-job). Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, timelines, and stakeholders. Experience supporting the delivery of learning programmes or initiatives, including logistics, scheduling, and communications.
