You’ll have a real interest in clothing and the apparel industry and love delighting customers. On the job, full training will be provided. Main Tasks & Responsibilities: Managing the product returns in our small warehouse Completing the receipt, storage and dispatch of all products handled through our warehouse Ensuring the efficient, safe and tidy operation of the warehouse Creating the best customer experience for our customers Providing customers with advice and guidance on our product range Processing orders Generating increased sales from customers Answering customer queries as quickly as possible i.e. stock availability, online order setups, delivery information You will enjoy working and communicating with others whilst being able to work autonomously when required. You will also enjoy challenging yourself to meet and exceed performance targets set for our Store People.
