About the Role As a HSEQ Advisor , you’ll be part of a team at the forefront of driving our Zero Harm culture , partnering closely with our project teams to ensure safety, quality, and environmental excellence across every stage of delivery. Your expertise and proactive approach will help turn plans into action, ensuring our projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Key responsibilities: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, client standards and contractual arrangements across our sites Monitor the implementation of HSEQ procedures on site, including appropriate hazard identification and controls Complete onsite inspections and auditing Review contractors WHS information Assist with internal training including company toolbox talks Complete safety reports, inspection reports, NCRs, and incident reports Monitor workers, subcontractors, delivery drivers and visitors undertake a site-specific induction About You: To be successful in the role you will need: Relevant industry experience as a HSEQ Advisor (3 years) Experience in Projects involving Trenching and Confined Space entry Relevant tertiary qualification in Health & Safety Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, and standards Good time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent communication & relationship building skills Our Offer: Attractive remuneration package vehicle Confirmed 5years of infrastructure works Training opportunities to support your continued professional development A committed leadership team and supportive and collaborative team environment A culture that encourages work / life balance Why join Dormway?
