Job Description Magellan is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse & Dispatch Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on role supporting dispatch, warehousing, and general production activities. Key Responsibilities Pack and book equipment for dispatch accurately and on time Safely load and unload deliveries in accordance with handling procedures Store and retrieve items from racking systems using safe work practices Maintain a clean and organised production and warehouse area Assist with the preparation and upkeep of the production facility and factory areas Ensure tools and vehicles are clean, well maintained, and compliant with company standards Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies, including forklift operating guidelines Provide support to Electrical Assemblers and the Production Team as required Perform other warehouse and transport-related duties as directed by the Production Manager Skills, Experience & Requirements Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or dispatch Current Forklift Licence is highly desirable. If you do not currently hold a forklift licence but are otherwise a strong candidate, we can provide forklift training and support you in obtaining your licence.
