TAG have an exciting opportunity for motivated Voice Pickers to join a leading Australian cold storage and logistics operation based in Spearwood, WA. These roles offer excellent hourly rates, ongoing work, and the opportunity to work within a supportive and fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders using voice-picking technology, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring products are prepared for dispatch within a freezer environment. Shifts Available AM Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm Start | Monday to Friday, Weekend OT available PM Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm| Monday to Friday, Weekend OT available Pay Rates AM Shift: $46.46 per hour PM Shift: $54.04 per hour Key Responsibilities Voice pick customer orders within a freezer environment Operate Electric Pallet Jacks, Tugger and MHE equipment Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for dispatch Meet daily productivity and KPI targets Maintain inventory accuracy and quality standards Follow all workplace health and safety procedures Support general warehouse operations as required Skills & Experience Previous voice picking experience preferred but not essential (full training provided) Experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks or MHE equipment (preferred) Ability to work in a freezer environment Ability to repetitively lift up to 25kg Reliable transport Ability to work a minimum of 5 shifts per week Availability for Monday–Friday work and weekends when required Perks & Benefits Excellent hourly rates with overtime and weekend penalties Immediate starts available Weekly rosters issued in advance Supportive team environment About TAG TAG is a specialist recruitment partner connecting skilled candidates with leading employers across Australia.
