In 2022, Barwon Health established the first public Dermatology clinic available in the Geelong region. Over this period, the clinic has seen a rapid increase in demand since opening and we are now are looking to expand our service further to include specialised clinics focussed on care for women and children. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional clinical care by providing safe, evidence-based, patient-centred dermatology services across inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring high-quality outcomes and an excellent patient experience Provide clinical leadership and education by supervising and mentoring junior medical staff, fostering a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment, and contributing to education, training and the ongoing development of the Dermatology service Drive quality improvement and professional excellence by participating in clinical governance, research, audit and service improvement initiatives, while maintaining compliance with professional standards, organisational policies and contemporary best practice What we're looking for Full and current registration Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Further qualification in Dermatology Possess a genuine interest in developing and refining the Dermatology service to meet the needs of the patient and their family, and the broader community Position Description Please note Barwon Health will only contact you via our official email and never use unconventional means, such as text messaging or other services.
