Your Responsibilities Include Lead high-quality AOD service delivery across metropolitan and regional sites Drive organisational strategy, policy, and service development on the executive team Coach and guide managers to build collaborative, high-performing teams Secure funding opportunities, strategic partnerships, and service growth initiatives Oversee budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation across programs Ensure strong governance, compliance, and accountability across all portfolios Is This You?
