Delivering a variety of core early intervention services, including: EAP counselling, coaching, rapid response, and a variety of corporate intervention services. You will have access to a broad range of consulting work with a host of top-tier national and multinational organisations. We offer a flexible service delivery model for both office-based work and remote working. As a Consultant Psychologist, you will join our expanding Centre for Corporate Health workplace mental health consulting team in either a full time or part time capacity to deliver a variety of core services including; Experience in couples counselling highly regarded Early intervention counselling support/ crisis support / coaching services Assessment and consulting interventions Experience working across trauma, neurodiversity and indigenous populations highly regarded Your career will be nurtured by working with a strong and supportive team of well-respected industry leaders and subject matter experts. About you: General Registration with AHPRA 3 years experience as a Psychologist Couples counselling experience (Highly regarded) Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and build positive relationships within a corporate environment Experience in counselling and consulting within a short-term solution focused framework Demonstrated organisational and time management skills Preference for an agile way of work Possessing a growth mindset The capacity to work independently and as part of a team Centre for Corporate Health is an equal opportunity employer.
