We're looking for a commercially minded Product Manager - Airport CX to lead the strategy, development and roadmap for a key product portfolio. In this role, you'll identify emerging trends, uncover new opportunities and translate customer insights into product initiatives that deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting broader commercial objectives. Using a customer-first mindset and human-centred design principles, you'll continuously evolve and enhance the product offering to ensure it remains relevant, competitive and aligned to customer needs. You'll work across a portfolio of airport infrastructure and customer experience initiatives, researching emerging technologies, evaluating service models and translating customer, operational and commercial requirements into practical recommendations. Working closely with stakeholders across Airports, Property, Commercial, Technology and Design, you'll help define future customer journeys, develop business requirements and support investment decisions through data-driven analysis and executive-ready recommendations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and simplifying complex concepts into clear presentations that support management decision-making. You’ll have – 7 years' experience in customer experience, aviation, operations, infrastructure, consulting or a related field. Experience evaluating strategic options including customer journeys, service models, technologies and operational concepts to inform business decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, translating customer, operational and commercial requirements into practical recommendations. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and develop executive-ready presentations to support decision-making.
