We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Product Manager – Loyalty & Rewards to lead the evolution of a high-profile loyalty proposition, delivering exceptional member value, commercial outcomes and strategic growth. This is an opportunity for a proven loyalty professional who has moved beyond simply managing partnerships or campaigns and has direct experience building, scaling and optimising loyalty products, rewards ecosystems and member benefits programs. You'll own the loyalty roadmap, identify new growth opportunities, develop compelling partner propositions and work cross-functionally to deliver meaningful outcomes for members and the business. The Opportunity Reporting into Head of Loyalty and Rewards, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the loyalty and rewards strategy, ensuring it drives both customer engagement and commercial performance. You will own the end-to-end loyalty proposition, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple workstreams. Key responsibilities include: Leading the loyalty and rewards product roadmap, including new features, enhancements and proposition development Identifying, developing and scaling new member benefits, rewards experiences and revenue-generating opportunities Delivering measurable commercial outcomes including revenue growth, commission growth, partner performance and ROI improvements Working closely with Digital, Data, Technology, Marketing and Commercial teams to enhance member journeys and loyalty experiences Overseeing partner onboarding, governance, performance frameworks, QBRs, service standards and operational excellence About You You are a growth-oriented loyalty leader who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen and a hands-on delivery mindset. You will also have the following: Demonstrated experience owning and evolving loyalty products, rewards ecosystems, member benefits or value propositions Experience developing and executing product roadmaps rather than solely managing existing partnerships or campaigns Proven ability to launch, optimise and scale loyalty initiatives that drive customer and commercial outcomes Commercial impact - Examples of revenue growth, commission growth, member engagement improvements or ROI optimisation Ability to translate strategy into practical plans and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment You will come from a Tier 1 loyalty program where you have had direct ownership of loyalty product development, rewards strategy, customer value propositions and commercial growth outcomes.
