The primary purpose of this role is to operationally and strategically lead blue-collar recruitment activities for the company. This is an opportunity to grow the business and build a blue-collar recruitment team. This position reports to the Managing Director and will manage the blue-collar recruitment team. Accountabilities: Searching databases and social media platforms for potential candidates Conducting interviews between applicants and hiring managers Ensure fee structures and standard net margins are set and adhere to Provide clients with quality temporary and permanent employees Interviewing, inducting, testing, reference checking and servicing candidates Calculating rates and salary packages that are competitive with current market rates Placing job advertisements to promote employment possibilities Identifying new business prospects and developing relationships with key personnel to develop new opportunities Negotiating and selling Moon Recruitment’s services to clients Maintaining up-to-date records of all new employees hired using Bullhorn or a specialised spreadsheet Analyse and interpret sales analysis, implement corrective action on any areas not meeting with company standards. Leading recruitment advertising campaigns to raise awareness of available jobs. Reaching out to hiring manager to discuss the progress of recruitment efforts. Plan, implement and attend promotional activities, networking functions and corporate sponsorships. Coordinate and administrate branch proposals and tender submissions for preferred supplier agreements.
