Description Duties will include, but are not limited to; Supporting the internal recruitment function with blue, white and grey collar recruitment campaigns Ad writing and posting to multiple job boards Phone screens and coordinating face to face interviews Raising employment contracts ready to issue Reference checking and ticket / qualification verification Remuneration and benefits market benchmarking Processing applications through to issuing rejection notifications Supporting the wider HR team with generalist policies and procedures Profile As an ideal applicant, you will have; Previous experience within a similar HR/Recruitment role Ability to multitask and work to conflicting deadlines Excellent communication style and ability Confident and strong interpersonal skills Outstanding organisation and attention to detail Intermediate to advanced MS Office experience Strong use of initiative and a proactive nature Opportunity Immediate start Energy sector Supportive and respectful company culture Great progression opportunity Inner Southern suburbs location If you’re well suited to the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
