Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and submitting progress claims for clients and subcontractors Managing variations, delay notices and contractual correspondence Supporting project forecasting, reconciliations and financial reporting Maintaining accurate contract registers and project documentation Managing document control processes across Aconex, SharePoint and other systems Liaising with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients Supporting monthly financial cycles and commercial reporting requirements Assisting with tender support, project administration and process improvements Ensuring documentation is compliant, organised and professionally maintained across all project stages What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within construction, modular, mining, engineering or related industries Strong understanding of commercial project delivery and contract administration processes Experience managing claims, variations, forecasting and project documentation Strong systems capability across platforms such as Aconex, Oracle, Cheops, Procore or similar Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities within fast-paced project environments Confident communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships Positive, proactive and team-focused attitude Qualifications in Construction Management, Business or similar discipline highly regarded This Role Would Suit Someone Who: Enjoys structured, detailed project environments Likes being involved across both commercial and operational aspects of projects Can confidently manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities Wants long-term career growth within a stable, growing business Enjoys working closely with project teams and contributing to successful project delivery Joining Team ATCO If this sounds like the team and opportunity for you, click ‘Apply’ to submit your application.
