We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive People & Operations Coordinator to support our operations, people, and safety functions. About the Role This is a varied, hands-on and dynamic role that sits at the centre of the business. You’ll provide critical administrative support across operations, WHS, and HR, helping ensure the site runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently, complemented by various software systems. No two days are the same—this role suits someone who can work autonomously and effectively with others, and thrives on being highly organised and structured, whilst supporting multiple teams and competing priorities. WHAT YOU'LL DO Operations & Administration Provide administrative support across all departments Coordinate internal communication and support Customer Service activities Manage contractor coordination, site access, and compliance documentation Coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, and site services Maintain supplier/service contracts (e.g. cleaning, pest, waste) Oversee office consumables and amenities Work Health & Safety (WHS) Coordinate WHS programs including projects, audits, inspections, and training Support incident reporting, risk assessments, and corrective actions Maintain WHS registers, records, and compliance documentation Liaise with external WHS consultants and support WHS Committee activities Manage PPE and safety equipment inventory People, Training & HR Support Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members Coordinate inductions, training programs, and training records Maintain SOP registers and workforce training documentation Assist with HR administration, employee records, and contracts Liaise with external HR consultants as required Payroll & Workforce Administration Maintain leave calendars and employee attendance records Administer timesheets and timekeeping systems Prepare and submit payroll data to Finance Resolve discrepancies and follow up on missing information Support managers with approvals and escalate issues where required WHAT YOU'LL BRING Previous experience in administration, HR, WHS, and/or operations support Highly organised, with the ability to create structure and work autonomously Confident managing multiple tasks and competing priorities, from various departments/Managers Strong communication and relationship skills, with a team-focused mindset Strong IT systems skills, including Asana, MS Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook & PowerPoint Proactive, reliable, and detail and solutions-oriented Experience in WHS, training coordination, or manufacturing environments is highly regarded Why you will love working with us Diverse, hands-on role with real impact across the business Supportive team environment with strong company values Opportunity to grow and develop across operations, HR, and WHS Be part of a business that values continuous improvement and teamwork How to Apply If you’re looking for a dynamic role where you can contribute across multiple areas of a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
